The towing system (22) comprises: + a locking device (44) capable of releasably fixing the towing line (40) on the upper part (36) of the float (14); + a fairlead (46) defining an opening suitable for receiving the towing line (40) so that the towing line (40) generally extends along the axis of the column (24, 26) corresponding between the fairlead (46) and the locking device (44) when the tow line (40) cooperates with the towing system (22).
