This intermediate rail (13, 14) for a fence panel, the latter being received and fixed between two consecutive vertical posts (2, 3), has a substantially H-shaped cross section, defining two zones, respectively lower and upper, of reception of elements (4, 5, 8, 9) constituting said panel.
