Refillable dispenser (D1) comprising: - a dispensing head (T) comprising a dispensing member (P), - a reservoir (R1) of variable volume, and - a filling valve (C) connected to the reservoir (R1), the filling valve (C) opening and closing in response to a pressure variation of the fluid, characterized in that the reservoir (R1) comprises: - an elastically deformable wall (17) between a rest position and a position deformed, and - a vent valve (V) allowing air to exit the reservoir (R1) when the elastically deformable wall (17) is deformed from the rest position, the filling valve (C ) opening and the vent valve (V) closing when the elastically deformable wall (17) returns elastically to its rest position, thus creating a vacuum in the reservoir (R1).
