The document describes computer-implemented systems and methods for sharing meteorological data, a method comprising in particular the steps of collecting data during aircraft flights, receiving data relating to the trajectory of a client aircraft ; based on said trajectory, selecting relevant meteorological data from a shared meteorological database comprising the collected meteorological data; in response to a request from the client aircraft, communicate the selected meteorological data as a function of an exchange control mechanism. Developments describe a mechanism for controlling the exchange of meteorological data using smart contracts, the use of confidence scores, correlation calculations between declared and measured meteorology in flight, the use of drones as probes, the use of sources open, machine learning, management of the validity in time and / or space of meteorological data.
