A device 10 for stimulating the frenulum of the male genitalia comprising a vibratory part 14 comprising 1st and 2nd vibration means 14A and 14B, configured to simultaneously generate vibrations of a 1st and 2nd frequency F1 and F2, respectively. The 1st frequency is different from the 2nd. The device also comprises an attachment means 16 configured to hold the vibratory part in place against the frenulum such that the vibrations are applied to the frenulum. The device may comprise a motor and the attachment means may be a ring. The vibrations means may comprise a 1st and 2nd gearing arrangement adapted to provide the first and second frequency. The first and second vibration means may comprise an eccentric weight mounted to a rotatable shaft of a first and second motor. The eccentric weight of the 1st vibration means may be larger than the eccentric weight of the 2nd vibration means. The device may comprise a control unit. A method is also provided for simultaneously generating vibrations of two different frequency’s and holding a vibratory part in place against the frenulum.
