A child restraint system has an adjustable headrest 12 movable on a rail(s) 121 on a seat main body 11. The rail can be movable to an upper position against a bias when a head support 122 abuts against an upper portion of the rail 121 (figs 4 & 7). The system can have a harness 13 adjusted in length by movement of the head support 122, and a locking rack (151’, figs 8-12) on the main body. The system allows adjustment for various sizes of children.
