A respiratory mask and nebuliser comprises a facial mask 101 comprising of a nebuliser 104 output, and an oxygen output 108 that bypasses the nebulising component. In one embodiment a control mechanism 114 controls the oxygen and air flow being delivered to the nebuliser 104 and mask 101 enabling the user to receive both effective medication delivered by a nebuliser at 6 – 8L/min and high levels of oxygen at the same time. In a second embodiment of this invention a control mechanism diverts oxygen not being used by the nebuliser into the facial mask.
