The present disclosure relates to a method and device for initial signal processing, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when a UE detects an initial signal in an unlicensed spectrum, same determines one or more physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates for which listening is required. The employment of the present disclosure allows the determination of one or more types of PDCCH for which listening is required and the acquisition of a channel occupancy time (COT) structure on the basis of the PDCCH.
