A special microscope image generation method using an artificial neural network comprises: a step in which an image processing device receives a transmission microscope image; and a step in which the image processing device inputs the transmission microscope image to a pre-trained supervised learning network, and generates a special microscope image for the transmission microscope image. The supervised learning network is trained using a separate transmission microscope image and training image, wherein the training image is prepared from a separate special microscope image through an unsupervised learning network.
