A noise-cancelling cooling structure and a vacuum cleaner. The noise-cancelling cooling structure comprises an electric motor housing (3), an electric motor (8), a battery housing (6), and a battery pack (9). The battery pack (9) is arranged at one end of the electric motor (8). The structure is characterized in that the battery pack (9) is a hollow annular structure, and a gap is provided between the battery pack (9) and the battery housing (6). A hollow channel of the battery pack (9) and the gap compose an airflow channel. An outlet of the airflow channel is a vent (5). The vent (5) is provided on the electric motor housing (3). The employment of the technical solution of the present application in which the airflow channel is greatly extended not only reduces noise generated by the friction between an airflow at the vent of the electric motor and the vent, but, with the airflow channel arranged at the middle and around the battery pack, also provides the battery pack with improved cooling effects when a high-speed airflow flows through the channel, thus effectively reducing the temperature of the battery pack.
