A heat exchanger and an air conditioner. The heat exchanger comprises a heat exchange tube group (1), a supercooling tube group (2), a supercooling bypass pipe (3), a flow-dividing bypass pipe (5), a supercooling unidirectional valve (4), and a flow-dividing unidirectional valve (6). The supercooling tube group (2) and the heat exchange tube group (1) are connected in series, and constitute a flow path having a single-row structure. The supercooling bypass pipe (3) and the supercooling tube group (2) are connected in parallel. The supercooling unidirectional valve (4) is disposed on the supercooling bypass pipe (3). The flow-dividing unidirectional valve (6) is disposed on the flow-dividing bypass pipe (5). The beneficial effect of the invention lies in that flow division in the heat exchanger during a heating operation is achieved by means of the unidirectional valves, so as to reduce the complexity of the system, and to reduce system pressure loss caused by passage through the supercooling tube group (2) during heating, thus improving the heat exchange efficiency of the system.
