A color filter module, a fabrication method therefor and a display panel, the color filter module comprising at least two color filter sheets (10) which are spliced to each other; the color filter sheets (10) comprise: a substrate (100); light-shielding films (200) which are provided on the substrate (100) at intervals; color films (300) which are provided at intervals between the light-shielding films (200) and which partially overlap with the light-shielding films (200); the sites on the color filter sheets (10) at which the color films (300) overlap with the light-shielding films (200) are overlapping areas, and the size of an overlapping area at a corresponding location of two adjacent color filter sheets (10) is smaller than a preset value.
