The present invention relates to a set of primers for discriminating root-knot disease-resistant strains and a method for discriminating root-knot disease-resistant strains using the same. It is very effective to identify varieties with disease resistance. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the cost and manpower consumption for drug control, and can stably produce cabbage by selecting varieties that do not recur even when cultivated continuously.
