A cover is formed from a flexible sheet and comprises an elastic sole (1) in the lower part thereof, lacing (2) in the upper part thereof, and a zip fastener (3) arranged on the lateral surface. The flexible sheet is double-layered and comprises an outer layer formed from a windproof, moisture-impermeable, vapour-permeable fabric and an inner layer formed from a soft vapour-permeable, hypoallergenic fabric. Said cover protects the leg and foot fixed in the external fixation device from adverse environmental impacts and provides a safe microclimate under the cover.
