This research is about the index finger method of the product detection device on the robot of the entrance and exit of products such as extruded products.The existing index finger method uses a micro switch (6) to connect an extension rod (8).At this time, the micro switch directly contacts with the product, resulting in the damage of the micro switch, or the inertia caused by the deformation of the extension rod and the weight of the extension rod itself, frequent wrong actions occur.In order to solve these problems, the index finger device is separated from the detection part and the product contact part, the detection part is arranged outward from the zigzag (4), and the product contact part is arranged inside the zigzag.Therefore, the characteristics of this study are to prevent the collision between the product detection device and the product, to remove the extension lever, to eliminate the error of the wrong action, to make it more economical and more effective to detect the product.
