The present invention relates to a coating composition for a carbon fiber reinforced plastic comprising an acrylic resin and a hyper-branched polyester resin, and a method for manufacturing a carbon fiber reinforced plastic using the same, wherein the type and content of the components constituting the coating composition are adjusted to be smooth. It is a feature to provide a method for manufacturing a carbon fiber reinforced plastic having secured appearance quality and reliability.
