Recombinant Canine Parvovirus 2a VP2 and 2b VP2 Antigenic Protein and Use Thereof

The present invention includes a recombinant expression vector comprising a gene encoding a canine complement virus 2a VP2 or 2b VP2 protein, a recombinant plant transformed with the vector, and an canine canine virus 2a VP2 or 2b VP2 protein obtained from the recombinant plant. Provided is a vaccine composition for a canine canine virus and a composition for canine canine virus diagnosis. When using the recombinant plant of the present invention, canine canine virus 2a VP2 or 2b VP2 antigen protein can be rapidly produced with high efficiency. Since the composition for diagnosing canpavovirus of the present invention uses a recombinant antigen protein, there is no possibility of contamination due to the handling of live virus, and thus it is safe and can rapidly diagnose the canpavovirus infection from a large sample.
