The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis, and more specifically, a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis and an anticancer adjuvant composition comprising an agent that inhibits CDH13 or a gene encoding the same, and a CDH13 or gene encoding the same. It relates to a screening method of a cancer metastasis inhibitor. The CDH13 inhibitor according to the present invention has an effect of inhibiting the attachment of cancer cells to vascular endothelial cells aged due to radiation, and thus can inhibit cancer metastasis occurring in aged vascular endothelial cells due to radiation treatment. The CDH13 inhibitor of the present invention can be used in various fields in the field of cancer metastasis suppression, anticancer adjuvant and screening method of cancer metastasis inhibitor.
