[Solution] A suction hose 110 that connects the pool 108 such as dirty water and the suction wheel 102, a non-self-priming solid material pump 120 disposed in the middle of the suction hose 110, a non-self-priming solid material pump 120 and a suction wheel in the suction hose 110. A sub hose 112 connected to a position between 102 and an air compressor 106 connected to the sub hose 112 and capable of sending pressurized air into the sub hose 112 are provided.
