PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch and a method for improving the security of electronic payment applied to the watch. A wristwatch includes a near field communication module, the near field communication module having a security element. The security element provides the security information needed for electronic payment. The wristwatch further includes a controller coupled to the near field communication module, the controller being used to turn on or off an electronic payment performed by the near field communication module based on a user operation.
