The present invention relates to a beacon signal and a fingerprint map-based indoor positioning method and a system having the method. More specifically, a smart device of a user receives a signal from a beacon installed indoors and constructs a fingerprint map. The present invention relates to a beacon signal capable of locating a user's location based on a fingerprint map and a weighted centroid localization algorithm, and an indoor positioning method based on a fingerprint map and a system having the method.
