PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating the tensile fatigue property of a vulcanized rubber material, which can estimate the tensile fatigue property of a vulcanized rubber material in a shorter period of time. SOLUTION: The relationship between the tensile strain and the tensile strain energy density W of a vulcanized rubber material having a desired specification is grasped, and the crack growth rate is measured for the rubber material to obtain the crack growth rate and the tear energy. By grasping the relationship and performing a constant strain tensile fatigue test or a tensile test on the rubber material at one level of test strain, the tensile strain at the time of breaking of the rubber material and the value given to this rubber material until it breaks And the number of times n of applying the tensile force is grasped, and the lifespan estimation lines X1 and X2 are created based on these grasped data, and the vertical axis is the strain energy density W and the horizontal axis is the number of times n of applying the tensile force.
