PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body condition estimation method and the like that estimate human body condition without a need of preliminary calibration.SOLUTION: The body condition estimation method executed by a computer includes: a blood flow measuring step (S11) of simultaneously measuring blood flow rates of at least two parts of human parts by the computer; and a body condition estimation step (S12) of estimating human body condition based on the blood flow rates of the at least two parts measured in the blood flow measuring step (S11), by the computer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
