The present invention relates to a solid dispersion comprising valsartan and sacubitril, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. The solid dispersion according to the present invention and the pharmaceutical composition comprising the same have high stability in an alkaline environment and can be easily prepared.
