PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt steering mechanism having an inexpensive and simple structure as compared with a conventional structure. A steering bracket (57), a second steering shaft (58), and a steering wheel (5) are tiltable with respect to a steering bracket base (54) above an steering column (53). Therefore, as compared with the conventional configuration, it is possible to make the portion tilted by the tilt smaller.
