PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program, and a system capable of evaluating completion of a task executed by a body part of a user using a camera system. Embodiments described herein are directed to systems and methods for skill assessment, such as hospital hand washing compliance or factory product assembly. Examples include body part tracking (eg, hand), skeleton tracking, and deep neural networks to detect and recognize subtasks and assess the skill of each subtask. Furthermore, the correctness of the subtask order is confirmed. Beyond monitoring individual users, the embodiments can be used to analyze and improve workflow designs with multiple subtasks.
