The hoisting machine assembling jig is for assembling a component to be assembled having a screw hole in which a female screw portion is formed on a rotating shaft, has a main body and a connecting mechanism, and has a female body on the outer periphery of the main body. A male screw portion that is screwed into the screw portion is formed, and the connection mechanism connects the main body to the end portion of the rotation shaft coaxially with the rotation shaft and rotatably with respect to the rotation shaft. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain a hoisting machine assembling jig and a hoisting machine assembling method that have a simple structure and can reduce the load on the operator.
