The present invention synthesizes bioactive glass nanoparticle nanocomposite support (BGn/PLA) on a PLA substrate, which is a biodegradable polymer, has high biodegradability, excellent biocompatibility, and controlled nanocomposite to continuously release loaded proteins. It relates to a support, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention also relates to a composition for promoting tissue transplantation or regeneration by loading a protein such as a growth factor onto PLA nanocomposite support (BGn/PLA), which is a bioactive glass nanoparticle/biodegradable polymer.
