In the eco-friendly water purification method using the artificial plant island according to the present invention, there is a vegetation part on the upper part of the floating body, a duct for injecting fresh air in front, and a small air compressor and the sun for supplying power to it. There is a photovoltaic panel, and there is a propeller for mobility on the back. The lower part of the main body is characterized by including a U-shaped pipe having a closed structure, which is connected to the duct at the front and connected to the main body, and a small number of holes drilled in the U-shaped pipe to directly inject fresh air into the water.
