The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of neuropathy or hearing damage containing arabinoxylan-containing rice bran extract as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present invention has neuroprotective cell protective activity in relation to neuropathy, and can improve the symptoms of hearing damage caused by ototoxic drugs. Therefore, the composition according to the present invention can be useful for the prevention or treatment of hearing damage caused by neuropathy and toxic drugs.
