The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sustained-release drug delivery system using a temperature-sensitive hydrogel, and in particular, a drug required before application to a patient by having a lyophilized form using a thermosensitive polymer complex. When mixed, it is in the form of a low-viscosity polymer aqueous solution, which takes the form of a liquid prior to drug administration, and forms a reversible lower critical solution temperature (LCST) at the body temperature when it is applied to the site of use after mixing the required drug.
