PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cordyceps siccaidae mycelium active substance for at least one of prevention and/or treatment of acute lung injury. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (a) culturing Cordyceps siccaidae mycelium in a plate medium at 15 to 30°C for 1 to 2 weeks; (b) flask of the mycelium of step (a). And culturing the mixture at 15 to 30° C. and pH 2 to 6 for 3 to 14 days; (c) inoculating the mycelium of step (b) into a fermenter tank, and then incubating it at 15 to 30° C. and pH 2 to 6 for 3 to 21 days to obtain a fermentation solution of Cordyceps siccaidae mycelium containing the active substance of Cordyceps siccaidae mycelium.
