The present invention relates to a putting analysis system. The putting analysis system comprises: a plurality of mat markers attached to a mat on which a ball is placed; at least one putter marker attached to a putter applying an impact to the ball; a mat having a different color from the mat marker, the putter marker, and the ball; a camera photographing the mat marker, the ball, and the puttermarker; and a mat detection unit configured to detect a position of the mat from an image photographed by the camera. The mat detection unit utilizes the positions of mat markers which are photographed by the camera and a predetermined gap of the mat marker for calculating the three-dimensional coordinates of the mat markers. Through the three-dimensional coordinates which are calculated by the mat detection unit, a distance between the mat and the camera, a height and a mounting angle are extracted. Through the three-dimensional coordintes of the mat markers, the physical coordinate of an object which moves in the mat can be acquired.
