PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system capable of acquiring an image effective to detect object information to a dark part.SOLUTION: The imaging system is an imaging system to be mounted on a vehicle body (movable body). The imaging system includes a projection device including a headlight device 10 for projecting random pattern light (pattern light having an irregular brightness distribution), and a stereo camera 20 (an imaging device) including two imaging parts 20a, 20b for imaging a light projection range of the projection device.
