PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of comprehending plural lesions by viewing a medical report.SOLUTION: A medical report creation apparatus 10 creates a medical report including a piece of area information relating to a region of interest which is specified on a medical image. The apparatus includes: an area information input section 115 that at least acquires a representative image in which an index indicating a region of interest is indicated in the medical image and a piece of group information representing a group of area information; and a medical report data display unit 118 that updates and displays the representative image in the medical report in a group-identifiable manner based on the group information acquired by the area information input section 115.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
