Provided are an image processing device, a learning device, an image processing method, a discrimination criterion creation method, a learning method, and a program, whereby a feature specific to a medical image can be captured. A learning device 1 is provided with: a prior learning unit 61 for performing prior learning on the basis of a group of similar images in which at least one characteristic is similar from among the shape of a subject in a group of object images of a learning object, a tissue structure of the subject in the group of object images, and an imaging system of a device whereby the group of object images is captured; and a present learning unit 62 for performing present learning on the basis of a prior learning result of the prior learning unit 61 and the group of object images.
