To provide a power receiving device, which is a technology for non-contact power transmission to an experimental animal biological information acquisition device 12 embedded in a plurality of experimental animals in a breeding cage 14, capable of observing a behavior of an experimental animal from the outside without a power transmission side covering the breeding cage 14 and continuously supplying power regardless of an orientation or position of the experimental animal.SOLUTION: A secondary coil unit 22 has: a magnetic core 31 having a circular cross section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction; and a plurality of spiral coils 40a, 40b configured by winding a conductor so that the outer shape is substantially square. The plurality of spiral coils 40a, 40b are arranged annularly (to form a ring) in the circumferential direction of the magnetic core 31 so as to cover the entire peripheral surface of the magnetic core 31 by bringing sides (40a1, 40b1) and (40a2, 40b2) close to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
