The present invention provides a combination of biomarkers and biomarkers useful in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.The values of these biomarkers are input to a classification system, such as random forests, to help determine the potential for individuals with non small cell lung cancer.A kit containing an action agent for detecting a combination of biomarkers and biomarkers, and a system for assisting diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer are also provided.The combination of the biomarkers may include at least nine biomarkers.
