PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for beam management involving beam forming by a user equipment (UE) in a radio communication system.SOLUTION: A network node transmits a reference signal for beam management in one opportunity, and the opportunity includes at least M symbol sets. The network node executes beam sweep in order to transmit the reference signal by using a first symbol set among the M symbol sets. The network node repeats beam sweep in order to transmit the reference signal by using remaining symbol sets among the M symbol sets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28
