To provide a three-dimensional content distribution system, a three-dimensional content distribution method, and a computer program capable of reducing load of a communication network or each terminal hardware and enjoying viewing of live content while sharing the live content with a large number of viewers.SOLUTION: A content distribution and reception system 1 is configured by including a content distribution server 2, a first distributor terminal 11, a first viewer terminal 12, a second distributor terminal 21, and a second viewer terminal 22, where these respective configurations are mutually connected through an Internet communication network 3 or other communication network in a data exchangeable manner.
