PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a profit under the consideration of a change in power generation efficiency of a thermal power generator due to steam supply in an energy supply/demand plan.SOLUTION: An energy supply/demand plan preparation device for preparing a transaction plan and a power generation plan, a steam supply/demand plan and a fuel supply/demand plan in a power transaction market comprises: a data cooperation part for calculating first cooperation data including a power generation unit price and a heat consumption rate from the power generation plan, and for calculating second cooperation data including fuel consumption from the steam supply/demand plan, and for calculating third cooperation data including a fuel consumption plan for power generation from the transaction plan and the power generation plan; a steam supply/demand planning part for preparing a steam supply/demand plan by taking in the first cooperation data calculated by the data cooperation part; a power supply/demand planning part for preparing the transaction plan and the power generation plan in the power transaction market by taking in the second cooperation data calculated by the data cooperation part; and a fuel supply/demand planning part for preparing the fuel supply/demand plan by taking in the third cooperation data calculated by the data cooperation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
