Using MIL-88A as a precursor, MIL-88A@MIP was prepared by the molecular imprinting method, and using MIL-88A@MIP as a catalyst, the active site of the metal organic skeleton was large and the catalytic activity was high. , Catalytically activates persulfate at room temperature to generate sulfate ion radicals to selectively decompose phthalate esters, which are persistent pollutants in papermaking wastewater. The catalyst is easy to recover and can be used repeatedly. The method can be applied to the treatment of various organic wastewater, and particularly in the case of papermaking wastewater, it has a high effect of removing phthalic acid esters, which are persistent pollutants.
