PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a morning glory device which can be installed adjacent to two anti-building side parts constituting a projecting corner of a wedge-tightened scaffold without using a mounting metal fitting dedicated to the projecting corner. SOLUTION: A morning glory device 2Y has a plurality of vertical frames whose base ends are attached via upper attachment fittings 3 at predetermined height positions of a plurality of columns 10 along the anti-building side of a wedge-tightened scaffold. The member 41 and the face member 5 that is secured to the two vertical frame members 41 whose base ends are attached to the two adjacent columns 10 are secured to each other. The holding portion 31 that holds the base end portion and the socket fitting 11 on the side opposite to the building are arranged so as to sandwich them from above and below, and two hollow upper and lower parts are vertically penetrated so that the inside can communicate with the inside of the socket fitting 11. The metal fitting main body 3A having the wedge receiving portions 32 and 33, and the upper wedge 3B that is inserted into the upper and lower wedge receiving portions 32 and 33 and the socket metal fitting 11 from above and tightly connects the both are provided.
