摘要

The invention relates to a calibration standard for a device (1) for image-based representation of a biological substance (6) which is excited to luminescence at least locally during an examination. The device (1) has a lighting unit (2) with a radiation source, by which electromagnetic excitation radiation (15) can be emitted. Furthermore, a receptacle (3) is provided, the receptacle (3) ensuring that the biological substance (6) located on the carrier (5) is positioned in the beam path of the excitation radiation (15) . Furthermore, the device comprises at least one image generating unit (4), wherein the at least one image generating unit (4) is controlled by the biological substance (6) in response to excitation with the excitation radiation (15) Receives emitted luminescent radiation (16) and generates an image of the area of the biological material (6) which is excited at least to luminescence.
