The present invention relates to a combination therapy useful in treating cancer. In particular, the present invention is directed to the combined use of therapy with an anti-PD-L1 antibody and a DNA PK inhibitor optionally with one or more additional chemotherapeutic agents or radiation therapy. Combination therapy is particularly intended to be used in treating objects with cancer that are positive for the results of PD-L1 expression.
