PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pH adjusting agent for a cement composition capable of lowering pH of gap water in a cement-based material containing various cements; and to provide a concrete composition and a cement composition using the same, and an application method of the pH adjusting agent for the cement composition.SOLUTION: A nitrate is mixed to a cement component at a prescribed weight ratio, to thereby lower pH of gap water. Preferably, a pH adjusting agent for a cement composition containing a nitrate is blended as much as 2-8 kg to a 100 kg binding material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
