In this disclosure, computer programs, systems, and methods for providing a CardLinked Offer Network are described. The network hosted system allows consumers to link the same payment card to the same Card Linked Offer (CLO) at multiple issuer sites. If the purchase transaction satisfies the received CLO, the system identifies the issuer associated with the CLO receipt by the consumer.
