[Solution] A template-assisted method for 2D nanosheet synthesis involves growing a 2D material on the surface of a nanoparticle substrate, which serves as a template for nanosheet growth. The 2D nanosheets can then be released from the template surface and purified, for example by chemical intercalation and exfoliation, and the template can be reused. [Selection diagram] Figure 1
