PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of device authentication. An information processing device 10 includes a switching unit 50D, a matching unit 54C, and a registration unit 54D. The switching unit 50D switches between a registration mode in which the registration process for managing the device authentication target terminal can be executed and a non-registration mode in which the registration process cannot be executed. The collating unit 54C receives a terminal registration request including terminal identification information for identifying the terminal device 14, certification information indicating a public key or a certificate, and a predetermined authentication code from the terminal device 14 in the registration mode. If so, the verification of the authentication code is executed. When the verification of the authentication code is successful, the registration unit 54D associates the certification information and the terminal identification information included in the terminal registration request with each other and registers them in the management information 44C.
