PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting the outer shape of an object regardless of the shape of the object or the number of characteristic points. An object shape detection system for detecting the contour of an object in an image receives an image containing at least one object during operation, generates a random noise signal, and shapes the received image and the random noise signal.
